Bluon’s HVAC equipment intelligence is built into WEX® Field Service Management. Specs, wiring diagrams, AI troubleshooting and parts sourcing — inside the job your tech already has open.
Built for every shop on WEX FSM. No second app, no second login, no separate Bluon account.
Who this is for
Whether you run two trucks or two hundred, if your shop is on WEX FSM, Bluon is ready to switch on. There’s no separate rollout and no implementation project. Your techs get equipment answers on every job they open, starting the day you turn it on.
Splits, packaged units, heat pumps, mini-splits and the 2009 furnace with no data plate left. Bluon covers 260+ OEMs, so brand-agnostic means every unit on your route — including the ones your supply house rep has never heard of.
WEX FSM’s onboarding and support team gets your crew live — the same team that’s been supporting the trades since 2012. There’s no Bluon contract to negotiate and nothing for your techs to install.
It lives inside the job they already opened. No app-switching, no second password to reset, no training mandate. Adoption happens because it makes the day easier, not because you pushed it.
Inside the app
Bluon isn’t bolted to the side of WEX FSM. Equipment intelligence appears on the job, on the customer’s property record, and in the tech’s hand — in WEX FSM’s own interface.
One job, dispatch to close
WEX FSM owns the job. Bluon owns the equipment. The seam below shows exactly where each one picks up — and what your tech never has to leave the app to find.
Dispatch books the call, WEX FSM routes it, and D. Reyes gets the job on their phone with the customer’s history and service agreement attached. Standard WEX FSM — nothing new to learn.
One photo pulls model and serial, manufacture date, refrigerant and charge, voltage, MCA and circuit count — and writes it to the property record in WEX FSM. No squinting at a sun-bleached plate, no transposed serial that sends the wrong part to the wrong house.
MasterMechanic is trained on 150,000 live tech support calls taken by some of the best technicians in the trade — not scraped from forums. It already knows which unit they’re standing in front of, because the nameplate is in context.
Verified OEM numbers and cross-references for the exact model — then PartsConnect™ shows which of your distributors is holding it today. When the OEM part is no longer available, the alternates are already listed instead of costing you an afternoon of phone calls.
Sample parts list. Availability reflects the distributors you already buy from.
They talk it through once, and Bluon produces a customer-facing summary and a technical summary. Both land on the job in WEX FSM — ready to invoice, and ready to defend if the homeowner questions the bill in three weeks.
Your outdoor unit was not cooling because the metering valve had partially failed, restricting refrigerant flow. We replaced the valve and the liquid line filter drier, recovered and weighed in a new R-410A charge to factory spec, and confirmed normal operation before leaving. Your system is a 2012 model now past its manufacturer warranty; we’ve noted replacement options for your next visit.
Found 44°F evap sat / 111°F cond, high superheat with low subcooling and a 9° drop across the drier. Replaced TXV (VAL09703) and drier (FLR01243), pressure tested with dry nitrogen at 300 psig, evacuated to 480 microns, weighed in 8 lb 4 oz R-410A. Post-repair: superheat 11°F, subcooling 10°F, 19° delta-T at return/supply.
Equipment data captured in step 02 is now on the customer’s property record — so the next tech who rolls up already knows the unit.
Run it on your own shop
Set your own numbers. Every figure below is calculated from Bluon’s published per-job savings — the formula is printed under each result so you can check it against your own books.
Truck-roll range reflects the $150–$500+ a callback typically costs a shop. Adjust it to what your own P&L says.
Estimates only, built from Bluon’s published per-job savings: 15 minutes per job on specs and parts research, and up to a 50% reduction in callbacks with MasterMechanic AI. Your results depend on crew mix, route density and adoption.
Getting started
Bluon is native to WEX FSM. Your WEX login is the only login, and there is no separate Bluon account to create, provision or pay for.
Book a demo and your WEX FSM rep confirms Bluon equipment intelligence on your account. One conversation, one contract.
WEX FSM’s onboarding and support team walks your office and your techs through it — the part most shops actually get stuck on.
That’s the whole rollout. Equipment intelligence is on the job card the next morning. Nothing to download, no second password.
See the equipment panel open on a real job, on your own equipment mix. A WEX FSM specialist walks your team through it.
